We have a return policy which is lasts till 4 days of delivering the item any items of our store, this policy page is applicable for United States, United Kingdom, Canada, & Australia.

Condition For Accept Your Return

  • Items must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • New or unused, products with its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need the proof of purchase or receipt.

Procedure of Return

Damages and Issues (Defective Products)

It is advisable that you first inspect your products perfectly upon receiving it. If the product is defective or damaged, we mean if you received the wrong product, please contact us via our official email: support@8balljackets.com as soon as, possible so that we can look at the issue and make it right.

How will customers get the return label?

  • Personally customized and pre order products according to your recommendation these products are non-refundable.
  • If your products recorded after delivery in good condition are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

But, when any customer mistakenly buys any product and decides on another size, color, or brand because they bought the incorrect size, color or brand. That time you must bear the full amount of delivery cost for the said item.
