Note : Some countries may have shipping rates increase issues so we inform the customer before dispatching the product.

Shipment

Our Shipping & Delivery policies are very straightforward. We accept and ship orders to all countries except for Russia, Brazil, Israel, and OFAC and Sanctioned Countries. All shipments are carried out through Express Deliveries including DHL, FedEx, etc. We ship orders through trustworthy courier services. It takes at least 3-7 business days for the items to reach your doorstep after dispatch. We hold the right to pick the courier of our choice to facilitate you with the paramount practice of getting the product to you.

Delivery

The delivery of the product is usually 2 to 7 business days after shipment (depending on the destination country). We use fast couriers namely DHL, FedEx, and DPEX for timely and reliable delivery services. The shipping is FREE worldwide. Kindly note we offer our shipping & item price without import duties and local taxes. Kindly check with your country’s customs office to determine the customs duties.

Tracking

We provide a tracking number for every shipment. The tracking number is provided as soon as the item is shipped.

About Returns And Cancellations

We welcome our every customer for return and exchange but if customer order is custom made so it wont be returned. For more info about return please read our return policy .We accept cancelation within 24 hours of your placing an order.

Wrong Address

If You provide a wrong address or POX address during checkout ,you have to contact our support team before order is processed. We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Keep in mind that for incorrect address you need to bear the full transportation Cost (return cost).
